We take great pride in our family-friendly atmosphere. Young patients love the fact that all our patient rooms feature Netflix for them to watch and enjoy. We can also offer pillows and blankets if your child ever feels nervous or scared, and they are sure to appreciate our relaxing amenities. Meanwhile, parents will love our family scheduling options that make it convenient to schedule appointments for all their children at the same time.

We offer a variety of treatments and services designed with younger patients in mind. Our pediatric dental services include sealants, crowns, fluoride applications and fillings.

What are Sealants?

Dental sealants can protect your child’s teeth from the bacteria, tartar and plaque that can cause cavities. Sealants are an acrylic coating that is carefully painted over the teeth to create a barrier. Sealants are particularly helpful for young children since their teeth tend to feature deeper grooves and fissures that make them prone to cavities and decay.

What are Crowns?

A dental crown is provided when a child or teen has severely damaged a tooth.

Any remaining structure will be “capped” with the dental crown, which will serve as the bulk of the tooth. Every crown is custom-designed so that it blends in with the child’s or teen’s existing teeth. These restorations are very durable, and they should last for many years if proper care is provided.

Does my child need a fluoride application?

Fluoride is a naturally occurring substance that has proven benefits in strengthening tooth enamel and reversing the early effects of tooth decay. By applying fluoride directly to a child’s teeth, they are less likely to experience cavities. The procedure is very quick and painless, and it can often be completed alongside a regular checkup.

Does my child need a filling?

Cavities are relatively common, especially in children. If your child has a cavity, we use dental fillings to repair the damage and keep the tooth healthy moving forward. This procedure involves removing any decay and applying a filling substance directly to the cavity. The substance will seal off the opening and provide the injured tooth with some much-needed strength.

Best dental staff ever! I have been going here since the 90s and i will never use or trust any dentist with my teeth except Dr. Garza! Thanks for everything! P.s. they make you feel like family here!

Manuel L.

Dr. Roel Garza is a skilled dentist who did an excellent job extracting a broken molar. He is thorough and communicates well with his patients. The front office staff and hygienists/assistants are good too. I recommend this dental practice.

Amberly M.
